1. We are looking for experienced PHP coders, 
freelance or fulltime with vast experience in Web designing, server side programming, 
and understands the User Interface & User Experience enhancement for websites. 

2. Should have min at least 1 to 5 year(s) of working, practical 
experience with a strong flavor of coding on PHP & MYSQL skills liberally.

He or she must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
One must have the ability to listen to the Project manager,
understand their needs, propose, alternatives, and specify the best solution.

OPTIONAL:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Computer Application or Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent HOWEVER candidates with rich experience of working in these environment can also apply.

WHAT ONE NEED TO DO : ( job scope )
1. To develop high-end web applications in JAVA, JS, PHP, MYSQL AJAX, CSS, XML,
CodeCanyon and Joomla and should have an end to end scope of knowing how to debug
scripts for web application development, and should be willing to work upon live projects.

2. To work under a project manager's guideline and deploy the projects successfully.
3. Ability to research & develop web applications in PHP independently and implement new
technologies to simplfy the coding process.
4. must have sound knowledge of various coding methodologies, along with server
deployment capabilities and a strong troubleshooting skills..
5. Knowledge of WEB 2.0, HTML 5 and Java, Web app services would be preferred.
6. Working knowledge of shopping cart development with shipping, and Payment Gateway
Integration for E-commerce websites.
7. Able to manage and skillfully develop excellent database designs to implementation levels.
8. Have enough experience to control and explore the 'C-penal' independently.
9. Experience of working on 3rd party open source Sourceforge softwares, Oscommerce,
Dreamweaver, or IDE, Forums, classifieds, directories, blogs video streaming, voice Chat
and webinar settings.
